This year, the Mechanical Festival named as ME Day is started on the March 20th, 2008. With a huge and colorful inauguration the day has been started. Teachers and students of the department both started a cheerful day at morning with a very colorful opening ceremony. The head of the Mechanical Engineering Department Dr. Abu Rayhan Md. Ali annonced the opening of the festival.
